The Report from ye Comee of this house dated ye 19th day of
Decemr. Last which was read at ye Last Court relateing to a
Legacy of Two thousand pounds Orphans Stock given to the
Governours of these hospitals by ye. Will of Richard Taylor< no role > Esqr
deced was read at this Court and being Signed by two more of
ye Gentlemen of ye Long Robe vizt sr Constantine Phipps< no role >
and Marmaduke Allington< no role > Esqr . This Court doth Confirme
ye Same

Whereas It was Ordered by this Court the 13th. day of May
1715 That two Leases Should be made to Martha Bailey< no role > and Samuel
Bloss
< no role > the daughter and Grandson of Amos Ford< no role > deced of several
Messuages and parcells of Ground (which were formerly held by ye said
Amos Ford Excepts ye Ground and Coopers Warehouse at the Comon
of Brewers Lane ) for 31 years from Lady day then last at ye several
yearly Rents of four pounds and Twelve pounds for what they were
to pay Three hundred and Twenty pounds fyne and to Lay out
£180 within two years in repairing the premisses Now upon the
application if ye said Martha Bailey< no role > & Samuel Bloss< no role > who have
agreed to make a partition of ye said premisses between them in the
following manner It is Ordered that three Leases instead of
two be made to them of the said premisses for the same Terme vizt
one to ye said Samuel Bloss< no role > of Two houses on the South side and two
houses on ye North side if Wapping Street part of ye said premisses at
£8. P Annu Rent & £160. fyne and he to Lay out £90. in Repaires
within two years And one to Martha Bailey< no role > of one house on the South
side & one house on the North side of Wapping Street other part of ye
said premisses at four pounds P Annum Rent and £80 fyne and She
to Lay out £45. in Repairs within two years And the other Lease
to the said Martha Bailey< no role > of two houses on ye South side of ye said
Street near Execution Dock being the Remainder of ye said premes at
£4 P anun Rent and £80 fyne and to Lay out £45 in Repaires
within 2 years as aforesaid
