Martha Bailey< no role > widdow who holds two houses in Wapping one
on the North Side and ye other on ye South Side of Wapping Street
under a Lease to her from ye Governor s of this hospital dated the
first day of March instant To hold from Lady day 1715 for ye
Terme of 31 yeares which will expire at Lady day 1746 at the yearly
Rent of four pounds applyed to this Court desireing Lease to assign
the Said Lease and premisses to John Martin< no role > of Wapping Ship chandler
for all but ye two Last years of ye Said TermeWhereupon
It is Ordered that ye said Martha Bailey< no role > have ye Lycense of
this Court to assign her Said Lease to ye said John Martyn< no role > for ye
time she desire

Upon reading the humble Petition of John Boulter< no role > praying that
he may be continued in the hospital and allowed three apprentices
or as many more as he can employ It is Ordered that ye said
Petition be rejected and that the Judgmt obtained in Ejectment
agt. him be executed
