Esqr bearing date the 19th. day of Decemr. Last as followeth vizt

Upon the humble application of Elizabeth Bailey< no role > widdow and
Relict of Thomas Bailey< no role > deced late Steward of this hospital that ye
Bond entred into by him and his Security to the Governours when he
was Elected Steward might be delivered up This Comee upon
inquiry being Satisfied there is not any demand from the hospital
agt. him or his Security are of Opinion that ye said Bond be delivered
up to ye said Elizabeth Bailey< no role > to be cancelled which nevertheless is
Submitted to ye Judgment of ye Court This Court haveing duely
weighed and considered ye said Report doth confirme ye same &
Order that ye said Bond be delivered up to the said Elizabeth Bailey< no role >
or her Order to be cancelled
