the Comee That to Settle the matter It would be the Earnest way for
Mrs Martha Taylor< no role > Relict and Sole Executrix of the Said Will of ye said
Mr Richard Tayler< no role > to transferr the said £6000 Stock to Trustees
Upon Trust to permitt the Interest benefitt and Annual proceed thereof
to be received by the Respective persons who are and Shall from
time to time be thereto intitled according to the intent of the said
Will And Upon further Trust that £4000 thereof do remain Subject
to make good any def [..] that may happen in the said Stock by
reason of any defect of Title or otherwise So that the £2000
given by the said Testator to his wife and Daughter and to
the Governours of Christs hospital After them may be preserved
and kept intire without any abatement pursuant to the direccons
of the said WillWhereupon the Court takeing notice
that the said Report was Signed but by two of the Gentleman
of the Long Robe It is Ordered That it be Referred back
to the same Comee to review and reconsider the said Report
and that ye Gentlemen of the Long Robe be particularly desired
to attend and give their opinions in that Case

Upon Reading a Report from the Comee of this house under
the hands of John Taylor< no role > Esqr . Trear John Martyn< no role > Esqr Mr Thomas
Preston
< no role > Thomas Rawlinson< no role > Esqr and Mr Nathanl. Turner< no role > bearing
date the 4th. day of Decemr. Last as felloweth vizt

In pursuance of an Order of Court of the 12th day of Octor. Last
This Comee took into consideration the Complaint against John
West
< no role > Weaver for takeing a Note from his late apprentice John
Naylor
< no role > for Five pounds for a Months time Lost in his apprenticeship
and upon examination it appeared that ye Said West had received
five & fifty Shillings from Naylor in part of ye Said Note But Said
he was Serve for his offence & was [..] Comitt ye [..] & was content ye Note should be Cancelled which was done And
ye Said Naylor being prsent & declareing himselfe Satisfied Therewith
This Comee are of Opinion to pass over this matter But they are of
Opinion it would be proper to make an Order That if any artsmar of
this hospital Shall upon any pretence whatsoever take any money
or Note for money from an Apprentice the person or persons So offending
Shall be expelled this hospital and that a Copy of Such order be
delivered to each of the artsmar . This Court haveing duely weighed
& considered ye Paid Report doth Confirme ye Same. [..]
