bearing date the third day of August instant 1716 as followeth

In persuance of an Order of the Last Court this Comee
have considered of ye Complaint agt. Robert Bowes< no role > Shoemaker
one of the Artrmar. and have inspected the Charter and other
Books of this hospital and do find Several presidents of artsmar.
being expelled and turned out of this hospital of Breach and
Contempt of the Orders of Court and his Comme are of opinion That ye sd Report Bowes for [..] & contempt of ye [..] Order made at a Court holden at this hospital or
fryday the 27th. day of July Last be expelled and turned out
of this hospital and that upon his refusal to Quitt ye same
by such time as the Court shall appoint a Declaration in Ejectmt.
be delivered in Order to recover possion of his appartment-And
this Comee have also considered the Case relateing to John Boulter< no role > &
John Bonnett< no role > agt. whom Judgments in Ejectment have been obtained
at the Suit of the Governours and are of Opinion that Writts of
possion be sued out agt. them respectively to turn them out of their
appartments in this hospital which is the only proper method
for getting possion thereof all which is humbly Submitted to the
Judgmt. of ye Court. This Court haveing duely weighed &
considered the sd. Report doth Confirm the same

putt out apprentices, at the nomination of the Several Governor s.
