And we have reced the Estemater of the Charge of the said work and
materials as followeth vizt

And Wee are of Opinion that the Tunber Work of ye Outside of
the Said hospital Should be painted our every three years to
preserve the Same it being now in Great went of painting.
Wee have also viewed the Stove rooms in the Said hospital
are of Opinion the Same are [..] convement and to Small and that rooms
much more convement may be made in the vacancys at the East &West
ever of the Said hospital All which never the less is Submitted to
the Judgmt of ye CourtAnd this Court haveing duely weight
& considered the Said Report doth Confine the Same
And it is Orderd that it be referred bab to the Save
Comee to agree with Such workmen as they Shall him fitt for
doing the Said Repaires in the South front and putting up New
Railes and Balisters upon the Flatts of the Said hospital of
Bethlem
And the Same Comee are desired to Consider of the making
New Stove Rooms in the Said hospital and to Lay an estimate
of the Charge there of before this Court
And it is Ordered That yd Timber worke of the Outside
of the Said hospital of Bethlem
be new painted forthwith

The Clerke acquainted this Court that yesterday he
reced a Note in Writeing under the hand of
Benjamin Miller< no role >
a Tenant to Bethlem hospital
dated the 24 th of their instant
June directed to the Governor
s. of these hospital in these
words vizt

hereby. giveth notice that
he will leave the Tenemts. he now liveth in old Bethlem
at
Christmas next and desired that Cary May be taken to Secure
them from falling to which he gave notice last Week Whereupon,
It is Ordered That it be referred to the Comittee of this house
to view the Said Tenemts. and to give Such directions therein
as they Shall think proper
