And to repaire maintain Support and uphold the house Barnes Stables
hedges Gates Fences and all other matters and things belonging to the sd
Farme in Tenantable manner And also a Covenant not to Cutt fell a
destroy any Timber Timber Trees or Such as may or are like to become
Timber Trees nor Lopp or Topp any of them but shall preserve all
Such Trees and a Covenant to carry out lay and Spread on Some fitting
part of the Lands belonging to the said Farme all ye Compost Dung and
Soile made or ariseing upon ye same And also in the last year or other
Sooner determinacon of the said Terme to leave thirty acres of the sd
Lands Sumes Land or podder grotten fitting to Sow Wheat on the
following year And also yearly dureing the sd Terme to Inn & Imbarn
in the Barnes aforesaid All ye Corn and Grain growing and being upon
the said Lands and there thresh out the Same and the Straw and fodder
thereof to fodder out in the Yards (the padware of the last yeares Crop
excepted And also that they the said Roger Taddy< no role > and James Taddy< no role >
their Executors Admrs and assignes or some or one of them shall
inhabite and dwell upon ye said premisses for and dureing the continues
of the sd dennise And at the end or sooner determinacon of ye said
Lease to surrender up the same to the sd. Governor s. there Successors
or assignes in Such plight as aforesd. And a Covenant not to lett Sett
or depart wth. the sd Leased Lands and premes without the Lyceme
& consent of the sd Governor s at a Court to be holden for the said
hospital And a Covenant for Rantry incase of non payment of Rent
or beach of Covenants And Such other Covenants as are usual in
Leases from ye Governor s. of the sd hospital to their Tenants And
the sd Roger Taddy< no role > and James Taddy< no role > for themselves jointly and
Severally and for their Joint and severall Executors Admr. and
assignes do hereby covenant promise and agree to and wth the sd. Major
Comonalty and Citizens of ye sd City of London Governor s aforesd their
Successors and assignes That they the sd Roger Taddy< no role > and James
or one of them shall and will on or before the sd Twenty fifth day
of Decemr next ensueing the date hereof well and truely pay or
cause to be paid unto the said Major Comonalty and Citizens of
the sd City Governos. aforesd their Successors or Assignes the sd Sume
of One hundred and Fifty pounds & accept of Such Lease as before
menconed and at the same time duely execute a Counterpart thereof
