yeares afterwards and the Petr produceing to this Comee
a Certificate under ye hand of ye Clerk to ye Brewhouse
fromPwhence he took his Small Beer for ye use of
this hospital whereby it appeares that from ye 24th.
of June 1706 to ye 29th of Septr. 1711 ye Petr had
390 Barrells of Beer at 6s.. 6d. p Barrell & 226
Barrells at 7s 6d. p Barrell we have Computed ye
difference between those prizes & 4s P Barrell for
that quantity and find ye Same amounts to Eighty Eight
pounds Six Shillings and as to ye Rest of ye provisions
ye Petr not being able to give as a particular account of
ye quantitys and prices we cannot make an excut
Computation thereof but upon ye whole This Comee
are of Opinion that ye Petr. be allowed ye Sume of One
hundred and fifty pounds in consideracon of his loss
by the Dyett at ye antient prizes from the time he first
came in to be Steward of this hospital To Michas 1711
and that from that time he be allowed after ye rate of
Six pence P diem for ye Dyett of every Prisonr. kept
in this hospital whole day & night together that is to
Say three pence for each Meale and that he do
provide for & deliver to every Such prisonr. the same
Sort of Dyett as is directed by ye said former Ordr
all which is nevertheless Submitted to ye Grave Judgmt.
of This court This Court haveing duely weighed & considered the
said Report doth Confirme ye same
