Beadles Gratuities
½ yr to Mich 1712
Also upon the humble Petition of the four Beadles and
Portersman of the said hospital of Bridewell for their usual
gratuities of forty Shillings a peice in respect of the halfe
year ending at Michas last for that their Salaries are but
Small It is Ordered by this Court That ye Clerk of these
Hospitals do give and pay unto them forty shillings a peice
to be allowed him in his next account
Baskettmen's Gratuities
½ yr to Mich 1712.
Also upon the humble Petition of the Three Beadles and Baskettmen
of the said Hospital of Bethlem for their usual Gratuities of
Twenty Shillings a peice in respect of the halfe year ending
at Michas last for that their Salaries are Small It is
Ordered That ye Clerke of these hospitals do give and
pay unto them Twenty Shillings a peice to be allowed him
in his next account
