Mr. Finch agreed thereto and upon Consideracon of the
whole matter It is the Opinion of this Comee that the time
given by the said former Agreemt. to the said Mrs. Finch to
new build the premisses be enlarged for four yeares from this
times she convenanting to Insure the said prmisses from fire
and Assigne over the Pollicyes for the Benefitt of the said
Hospital as aforesaid This Court haveing duely weighed

of three Tenemts. in old Bethlem

Lease for one and twenty yeares at the rent of tenn pounds tenn
shillings P Ann and that the last lease Expired about two yeares
since from wch. time the Petr. had been Tennt at Will under the
same Rent and yt her said Husband had paid Eighty pounds
Houses were growne old and ofter wanted repaireing and for
that the Petr and her said Husband and their Ancestors had been
Termts. to the said Hospital for one hundred yeares and allwayes
Bethlem much out of request Therefore the Petr. prayed to
have a new Lease of the said Prmisses under the same Rent and
for the like Terme of one and twenty yeares at at moderate
fine Itt is ordered that the said Peticon be referred to the Comee
of this House who are desired to report to this Court wt they
think proper to be done therein.
