Also this Court being informed that there have been several poor Boys
ordered by this Court to be putt out Apprentices to the Artsmar of this Hospital
at the nominacon of Several of the Governors thereof wch. boys still remain
unprovided for by reason the Artsmars. refuse to take any boys but wt. they [..]
think fitt Itt is Therefore ordered yt it be referred to the Comee of this House to
enquire into the reason why the boys yt have been ordered by this Court to be put
outt Apprentices to the Artsmars. of this Hospital have not accordingly been putt
out and to Considerof some Order or method to prevent the like
unconveniency for the future and to make their report thereof to this Court.
