Instrumt. of Union to be

Also this Court being informed that ye Instrumt. of
Coalition executed by Mr. Treasurr. Cass by Ordr. of this Court
made the 18th. day of Octobr last wth. other Creditors of the
Royal Affrican Company in respect of Several Sumes
amounting in the whole to £1000 due upon several
Bonds taken in Trust for this Hospital is become Void by
reason all the Creditors did not Signe wth. in the time Limitted
and that there is another Instrumt. of Union [..] proposed by
the said Company and already Signed by Several of their
Creditors Itt is Ordered by this Court that the said
Instrumt. of Union be Subscribed for and on behalfe of
this Hospital And the Worshippful Mr. Treasurer Cass
is desired and hereby Impowered to Execute the said
Writing for this Hospital for and in respect of ye sd. Bonds

Also Complaint being made to this Court that one
Eliz Ward< no role > who was Comitted to this Hospital by Warrt. of
the Right Honorble Sr Samll. Garrard< no role > Barrt . Lord Major
of this Citty for pilfering tenn pewter plates from Richard
White
< no role > was discharged at the last Court, by reason noe person appeard to prosecute her
and that the said Richard White< no role > had noe Notice to appear
against her at the last Court altho' directions where
he lived were written undr. the said Warrt. Itt is
Ordered That it be Referred to the Comittee of this
House to Examine the matter of the said neglect and
to Report the same to this Court
