Also upon reading the humble Petition of Roger Gething< no role >
one of the Beadles of these Hospitals Setting forth That
having a wife and five small Children to provide for one
of which about five months since was unfortunately kickt
by a Cart horse which then stood in the Court Yard of the Sd
Hospital and thereby reced a wound in his head in so much
that he was obliged to apply to Mr Tallman the Surgeon
of this Hospital for a cure which he has performed, thereby
praying this Court would be pleased to consider his circumstances
and to allow Mr. Tallman for the said Cure It is Ordered That
it be referred to the Comee of this house to examine into the
matter of the said Petition and to report their opinion to this Court

this Hospital shall for the future take an apprtice upon
likeing unless he be recommended by one of the Governors
of these hospitals.

Also att this Court It is Order'd That all the Convicts in this
hospital be kept att hard labour till her Majestys pleasure
be known therein at And that the keeper of Newgate doe Send
Irons for them

Hospitals doe take care That their apprtices doe not sell or
otherwise part with their Bibles
