to whom her matters were by order of the 4th day of June last
referred, had come to no determinacon therein [..] It is Ordered
by this Court That a Comittee of about 5 or 6 be Imediately named
to be added to the sd Gabirell and Sr Gilbert And accordingly the
severall Governors hereafter named (Vizts Mr Trear Gardiner Joseph
Woolfe
< no role > Esqr Mr Warburton Capt Phillips John Turvin< no role > Esqr and
Mr Shaller are Added to the sd Sr Gabriell and Sr Gilbert who are
desire to meet as soon as they conveniently can in order to the
settleing the said Mrs Mounts affairs with these Hosplls And
Report what they shall do therein to this Court:

Wapping street to be
cleared


Also It is Ordered That Wapping street where the late-
dreadfull Fire in Aprill last happened be cleared wthin a weeke
so that the Comittee appointed for that purpose may meet to stake
out the ground That the same street may be left 20 foot wide
and upwards before the Tenants be permitted to build or have
New Leases granted them

Mile End houses to be

Also It is Ordered That the letting of the houses at Mile end
wch were late in the occupacon of Richard Gage< no role > and are now [..]
be referred back to the former Counitee who were by order of Court
of the 16th of Aprill last appointed to dispose of the same
for the terme of 99 yeares at £5 P anum Rent Or any other
long terme or rent as they shall see convenient upon such-
Fine as they can Agree for the same And to Make Report
