being also read They were both Ordered to wth Draw And the said
Mr Smith being again called in And asked If he was willing to
Surrender his place and leave it to the Governors to choose whom
they pleased he answered he was unwilling to Surrender his place
unless the said Mr Crackenthorpe might be Elected therein-
Whereupon a debate ariseing No Order was made:
