Certiorari to the Court of Kings Bench at Westmr & on
Wednesday the 7th. of Febry. instant upon long debate of the
matter and hearing wth. was Jusited on by Sr. Barch Showers< no role >
of Councell for the Sd. Hospll. & Mr. Northey for the sd. Parish
of Clerkenwell

parish of Clerkenwell

Whereupon It is Ordered that the Thanks of this Court be
given to the sd. Sr . Barth Showers< no role > Mr. Coman Serjt. Crispe &
Mr. Munday For Their Extraordinary care and pains in this
affaire And that Mr. Trear Mr. Bolsworth Mr. Depty. Gwinn
Capt. Phillips & the Clerke of these hosplls. doe Attend them And
returne the thanks of this Court accordingly
