The Prisoner, the said Plate did receive, knowing it to be stolen . Jonathan Wild < no role > This name instance is in set 3033. depos'd, that one Stephen Gardiner < no role > came to him and did discover that Garraway, Sly, and himself committed that Robbery; and that they carried the Plate to the Prisoner, who sold it for them. But Stephen Gardiner being now not to be found, the Evidence not being sufficient to convict the Prisoner, she was acquitted .
