. It appear'd that the Prosecutor keeps a Publick House
, and the Prisoner and others being drinking there, he lost the Goods, and afterwards found the Breeches in Rag-Fair, where they were sold by the Prisoner's Order, as was plainly prov'd. There was
no proof of the Burglary, so he was found Guilty of Felony
