Margaret Lee proceedingsdefend , of the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields , was indicted for stealing 3 Diaper Table Cloths, value 10 s. and other Linnen in the House of Jane Kettlewel proceedingsvictim , on the 17th of December last. The Evidence depos'd, That being in an adjacent Room, and hearing a Noise, she went in and found the Prisoner with the Goods pack'd up in order to carry away. The Fact was very plain, and she had nothing to say in her Defence, but a confident denial that she was in the Room, whereupon she was found Guilty of Felony.
