That Mary Hyndes< no role > This name instance is in set 3537. on the Seventeenth day of April 1768 , Joseph
Smith
< no role > and Infant, of the Age of eighteen Months, into the River near the
old Bridge in Hyde park , in the Parish of St. George Hanover Square within
the Liberty of Westmr, with both her hands feloniously wilfully and of her
Malice afore thought, did violently cast and throw, by Means whereof the
said Joseph Smith< no role > the Infant, in the Waters of the said River was then
and there suffocated and drowned.
