of Mr. Williams three pence as he believes, which is the
price of three half pints, Says that the Deced, asked
Smith for half a Pint more Geneva, when Smith was
going away and followed Smith to the Door, but Smith
refuced to give Deced any more, saying that he did not
want it. and smith want away, Says that Deced sat at
the door a few minutes and then came into Mr. Morris's
House and wanted a Pint of Beer which Dept. ordered his
Servants not to draw him, Says that he went to the
Door again and after staying there about ten Minutes
returned into the House and appeared not to be much
in Liquor, putting his Stool and Bruches behind the Beer
where they used to be, Says that he wanted more Liquor
which Dept. would not draw, and Dept. went up Stairs
and return and to the Taproom in a quater of an hour
where he found the Deced leaning his Head upon
one of the Tables where he slept until between Eleven
and twelve o'Clock, Says that Deced coming after wards
into the Taproom was informed by Morgan Richards< no role >
and Dept. Son that the Deced had a Fit of Coughing (which
Deced was subject to) and Deced then appeared
insensible and unable to speak, says that he sent for
a Surgeon who bled the Deced, Says that he bled freely
but never ws sensible afterwards, and died about
three o'Clock in the Afternoon in Depts. Yard, where he
had been carried for the Benefit of the Air, Says that
he did not see or hear any Person force or Press the Deced
to Drink in his House.

Hannah Cunningham< no role > Wife of John Cunningham< no role > on her
Oath Saith, That about six o'Clock last Monday Morning
she and her Husband the Deced drank a quarter of Geneva
in Mr. Morris's House in Hunger ford Market and then Dept. went
to work, Says that a Woman (called well) fetched Dept,about
between ten and Eleven o'Clock (as Dep. believes) to the Deced
Says that she found deced leaning with his face upon a
Table Mr. Morris's Tap room, and Water coming out
of his Mouth, Says that he was not sensible nor able
to speak, upon which Dept. gave him some sweet Oil,

and a Surgeon was fetched who bled the Deced, and he
bled freely, but never was sensible afterwards, and
died about three o'Clock, says that the Deced was
very found of Liquor, and used to be often drunk,
Says that Mr. Robert Smith< no role > was often kind to Deced
and this Deponent and had made them drink, out of
Friendship as Deponent believes.

Hungerford Market on her Oath saith That she went to Mr.
Morris's House in Hungerford Market on Monday Morning
last between seven & eight of Court and that Mr. Morris and another Man were drinking
half a Pint of Geneva, and that she was asked to drink
a Glass of it which she did, Says that John Cunningham< no role >
the Deced was in the room and had two Quarters of Geneva
which he drank out of the Pot, but nobody forced him
to drink, Says that the then went away, Says that she
saw the deced afterwards it at Mr. Morris's door, and
between nine and ten o'Clock (as Dept. believes) saw him
lean is Head upon one of the Tables in Mr. Morris's House
