City and Liberty of
Westminster in the
County of Middlesex .} to wit.


To any one of the Constables of the said
City and Liberty in the said County.

By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summons and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Persons of your Liberty [..] personally to
be and appear before me, on Thursday the 20th. Day
of this Instant by Five of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. Oliver known by
the Sign of the White Swan situate in Butcher Row
in the Parish of St. Clement Danes within the Liberty of
Westminster in the County of Middlesex
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of Margaret Burgis< no role > This name instance is in set 3704. Widow
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this 19th. Day of October in
the Year of our Lord 17 63.
