John Duckett< no role > , a Lad about 16 Years of Age, his Majesty was pleased to reprieve for seven Years Transportation ; John Stanton< no role > , and John Thorpe< no role > , for Life. Elizabeth Watson< no role > , formerly capitally convicted for returning from Transportation before her Term of 7 Years was out, was respited till his Majesty's Pleasure be further known; and on Thursday in the Afternoon, came an Order of Respite for William Fry< no role > , convicted of Horse stealing.

1. James Young< no role > , was indicted for forging and uttering a certain false and counterfeit Will, with Intent to defraud , Feb. 15th .

Patrick Roney< no role > and John Bastow< no role > , were indicted, for that they, together with John Norman< no role > , not yet taken, on the King's Highway, on Joseph Norfield< no role > did make an Assault, putting him in corporal Fear and Danger of his Life, and taking from him one blue Cloath Coat, faced with Gold, val. 3 l. one scarlet Coat, val. 3 l. a blue Silk Waistcoat, val. 10 s. one white Sattin Waistcoat, four Linnen Waistcoats, 2 Pair of Breeches, one Pair of Gloves, 6 Shirts, and other Things, the Goods of Thomas Foley< no role > , Jan. 27th .

Thomas Jones< no role > This name instance is in set 3574. otherwise Harper< no role > , was indicted, for stealing one Gold Watch, val 40 l. one Gold Chain, val. 5 l. 3 stone Seals set in Gold, val. 5 l. the Goods of the hon. Lieutenat General St. Clair , privately from his Person, Jan. 20th, 1748 .

5. John Carbold< no role > , otherwise Giffling Jack , of Great Yarmouth , was indicted, for not surrendering himself according to the King's Order of the Council .

6. James Sundiland< no role > , otherwise James Scott< no role > , was indicted for being assembled with diverse other Persons, to the Number of 10 or more, at the Parish of Lidd , in the County of Kent , there to be aiding and assisting in the landing and running Goods liable to pay Duty. August 13th, 1746 .

7. Charles Gawen< no role > , otherwise the Papist of Beccles , was indicted for not surrendering himself according to the King's Order in Council .

8. John Doe< no role > , late of Norwich , was indicted for not surrendering himself according to his Majesty's Order in Council .

William Russel< no role > , Edward Busby< no role > , and Peter Oldfield< no role > , were indicted for that they on the King's Highway, on Charles Steward< no role > , Esq ; did make an Assault, putting him the said Charles in bodily Fear, and Danger of his Life; one Gold Watch, val. 10 l. the Goods of the said Charles, did steal and carry away.
