BY Virtue of the King's Commission of the Peace, OYER, and TERMINER, and Goal-Delivery of Newgate , held before the Right Honourable Sir ROBERT LADBROKE< no role > , Knight , Lord-Mayor of the City of London ; the Right Honourable the Lord Chief Justice WILLES, JOHN STRACEY< no role > , Esq ; Recorder , and others of His Majesty's Justices of OYER and TERMINER, for the City of London , and Justices of Goal-Delivery of Newgate , holden for the said City, and County of Middlesex , at Justice-Hall in the Old Bailey , on Wednesday the 7th , Thursday the 8th , Friday the 9th , and Saturday the 10th of September, in the 22d Year of His Majesty's Reign ; JOHN LANCASTER< no role > This name instance is in set 3830. , JOHN ROBERTS< no role > , JOHN ARMSON< no role > , THOMAS ATKINS< no role > , ROBERT CUNNINGHAM< no role > , WILLIAM GARNER< no role > , and THOMAS THOMPSON< no role > , were capitally convicted, and received Sentence accordingly; at the same Time FRANCIS ANDREWS< no role > was attainted, and convicted of Felony.

By Virtue of the King's Commission of the Peace, OYER, and TERMINER, and Goal-Delivery of Newgate , held before the Right Honourable Sir ROBERT LADBROKE< no role > , Knight , Lord-Mayor of the City of London ; the Right Honourable the Lord Chief Justice WILLES, Mr. Baron LEGGE, JOHN STRACEY< no role > , Esq ; Recorder , and others of His Majesty's Justices of OYER and TERMINER, for the City of London , and Justices of Goal-Deliveryof Newgate , holden for the said City, and County of Middlesex , at Justice-Hall in the Old Bailey , on Wednesday the 12th , Thursday the 13th , and Friday the 14th of October, in the 22d Year of His Majesty's Reign ; SAMUEL CHAPMAN< no role > , SARAH KENIGEM, and THOMAS EMERSON< no role > , were capitally convicted, and received Sentence accordingly.
