AT the King's Commission of the Peace, Oyer and Terminer, and Goal Delivery of Newgate, held before the Right Honourable Sir ROBERT WESTLEY< no role > , Knt. Lord-Mayor of the City of London, the Right Honourable Lord Chief Justice LEE, the Honourable Mr. Baron REYNOLDS, Sir SIMON URLIN< no role > , Knt. Recorder of the City, and others of his Majesty's Justices of Oyer and Terminer for the City of London, and Justices of Goal Delivery of Newgate, holden for the said City and County of Middlesex at Justice-Hall in the Old-Bailey, on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, the 17th , 18th , and 19th of October, 1744 , and in the Eighteenth Year of his Majesty's Reign.

FOUR Men, viz. Samuel Ellard< no role > , Richard Lee< no role > , alias Country Dick, Francis Moulcer< no role > , and Peter Velgent< no role > ; and Three Women, viz. WHILE under Sentence, they were instructed in their Duty, from the Words of our Saviour, speaking of the Woman who was a most wicked Sinner, who brought an Alabaster Box of Ointment, and anointed his Feet, and washed them with her Tears, Luke vii. v. 47.
