was present and did see the above named Prosecutrix
Mary Bodward Sign Seal and as her Act and Deed
Deliver the within General Release as also Margaret
Bodward the Mother of the said Mary Bodward therein
also named duly Sign Seal and as her Act and Deed
deliver the said General Release and this Deponent
Saith that before the Signing Sealing and delivery
thereof by them the said Mary Bodward< no role > and
Margarett Bodward he this Deponent did truly Read
over and Explain the Intent and meaning thereof to
them And this Deponent Saith that the [..] marks
severally Sett thereto as and for the marks of the
said Mary Bodward< no role > And Margarett Bodward< no role > is the
proper Marks of the said Mary Bodward< no role > and
Margarett Bodward And this Deponent Further
Saith that the names John Dye< no role > and P. Weldon
sett and Subscribed thereto as Witness's testifying
the due Execution thereof is of the Proper Hands
writting of the said John Dye< no role > and of this Deponent.
