Among the Orders of Trinity Term in the
Eleventh year of the Reign of his Majesty King
George the 3d. in the Book of Orders of the Court
of Exchequer in the Lord Treasurer's
Remembrancers office there is contained as
follows.

Tuesday the Eleventh day of June

Middlesex .

Whereas upon the Motion of Mr. Crode informing the Court
that no Estreat had been returned for the said County for the Year
ending at Michaelmas last in the tenth Year of his said Majesty's
Reign according to the usual course & Practice of the said Court and That
Thomas Butler< no role > Esqr. had been appointed to that office on the fourteenth
day of November in the Eleventh Year of his said Majesty's Reign
and therefore Praying that the said Thomas Butler< no role > should return
an Estreat forthwith of all Fines issues Amerciaments Recognizance
and Forfeitures which were sett lost imposed or forfeited at the
Sessions of the Peace held in and for the said County Between
July Sessions in the said tenth Year of his said Majesty's Reign
inclusive and Michaelmas then next following in the same year
Now upon hearing the said Mr. Crode and the Certificate of
William Seabrookewells< no role > Deputy Clerk of the Estreats of this Court It
is this day Ordered By the Court as Prayed
