The Information of John Bryan< no role > of St. Paul
Covent Garden Bricklayer taken before me
one of his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the said County City and Liberty this
21stday of August 1749.

This Informant on Oath Sayth that on or about the fifteenth
of January last on a Saturday Night [..] he in Company
with Joseph Uptebake< no role > and Wm: Smith< no role > otherwise Norton< no role >
broke open the House of one Robert Lowry< no role > a Distiller
near the Seven Dyals between twelve and one o' Clock
at Night and feloniously took thereout a Certain Quantity
of plate and other Goods, And this Informant further
Saith that he together with Joseph Dowdle< no role > , James Quin< no role >
Robt. Hall< no role > , John Bowen< no role > This name instance is in set 3575. , Garratt Law< no role > [..] George Carter< no role >
Edward Mullins< no role > This name instance is in set 3816. , Joseph Uptebake< no role > , Wm. Smith otherwise
Norton and Robert Carmichael< no role > , were the persons that
were aiding and assisting in the Rescue of one Wm.
Harper
< no role > from the Gatehouse, (the said Harper being
Committed there for felony,) [..] about the [..] Twentieth day
of January last, And this Informant farther Says
that he in Company with John Bowen< no role > , & James Reynolds< no role >
about the beginning of April last broke open and
Entred the House of Mr. Frederick Shlagel< no role > in Air
Street piccadilly and feloniously took thereout a Large
Quantity of wearing Apparell and severall other things
