Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Saviour Southwark
in the County of Surrey
Sheweth.
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands &
seals of the right Honourable

and James
Esdaile Esquire, two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said
City and Liberties (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
Fifth day of January last

was removed from the Parish of Saint Ann in Black Friars

unto the said Parish of Saint Saviour Southwark
as the place of
her last legal Settlement
That your Petitioners conceive themselves Agrieved
by the said Warrant or Order of the said two
Justices Do therefore appeal to your worships
therefrom and humbly pray that you will be
pleased to hear them in the Premises and order
that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Ann
in Black Friars
London may appear before you at a certain day
to be appointed to hear and abide the Judgment
and Determination of your Worships touching
the said Appeal
And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
