Oath and first this Deponent Jacob Alexander for himself Saith That on or
about the Eleventh day of October One thousand Seven hundred and
Seventy three He this Deponent together with Porter Ridout< no role > of Dukes
Place aforesaid became Bail for the Appearance of Levy Solomon at the
then next Sessions of the Peace and Gaol Delivery to be holden in and
for the City of London for Assaulting and Wounding Ephraim Ephrims< no role > This name instance is in set 1547. This set is in the group(s): GarrowsClients . And
this Deponent Jacob Alexander for himself further Saith That
the said Levy Solomon not Appearing at the said then next
Sessions in Pursuance to the Tenor of the said Recognizance And the
Court having respited the said Recognizance until the next Sessions
Both these Deponents Jacob Alexander and Aaron Asher Severally
say That on the Seventh Day of November One thousand Seven
hundred and Seventy three aforesaid They did apprehend and take
the said Levy Solomon< no role > and Surrendered him into the Custody of the
Keeper of the Poultry Compter And both these Deponents Severally
Say That at the Adjournment of the Sessions held in January last
the Matter of the Prosecution against the said Levy Solomon was
Compromisedin Courtand he was Accordingly Discharged.
