The Information of Edward Stamford< no role > of
Basinghall Street taken before me this 14th.
day of March 1774

Who being upon Oath says that a Commission of Bankrupt
lately issued against Derrick Martin< no role > of St. Thomas's Street Southwark
Woollen Draper and that this Informant is one of the Assignees
under the said Commission, and further says that he does
suspect and verily believe that the said Derrick Martin has
removed concealed and embezzled certain of his Effects and Estate
to the value of twenty pounds and upwards with Intent to defraud
his Creditors, that the third Examination of the said Bankrupt was
on Saturday last
