We find That Lewis Houscar< no role > This name instance is in set 546. the 15th day of March
in the fourth Year of the Reign of his Present Majesty
at the Parish of Sd Dunstans Stepney in the County
of Middx was married to Annie Rounds< no role > Spinster
by Henry Bryel< no role > not in Holy orders but a
Minister to a Congregation of French Protestants
held in Spittle fileds Dissenting from the Church
of England and that the said Marriage was had
and Soleminzed as aforesaid According to the Custome
used in the French Protestant Churches And that
afterwards to Witt the Twenty fourth day of January
last the said Lewis Houscar at the parish of St
Michael Queenhith in London in the parish
Church there according to the Rites & usage of the
Church of England was Married to one Elizabeth
Hearne
< no role > Widdo his first Wife Anne Rounds being
then Alive But whether the first Marriage
with Anne Rounds Shall be deemed by the
Law a good and Legal Marriage As to make the
Second Marriage with Elizabeth Hearn Felony
We doubt but if the Court shall adjudge that the
said Second Marriage with Elizabeth Hearn be
Felony then we find the said Lewis Houssar
Guilty of Felony But if the Court shall adjudge that
the Sd Second Marriage be not Felony Then we
find him Not Guilty of the Felony
