charged upon the Oath of John Lowther< no role > Esqr .
for Picking his Pockett of twenty Guineas
& upward. Confesse & say that they were
in Company with the said Mr. Lowther
at the Taverns times & Places by him
charged, & And further say that they
& both of them had but two six pences in
Silver about them when they came in
the said Mr. Lowthers Company & noe
Gold, But deny they stole the sd Gold

the took up one Guinnea from the floor
& further saith not

refused to Signe, at tho' they confessed
as above

see One Guinnea & an half Guinnea taken
from out of the Stayes of the sd Jane
