me this 24th. day of Mary 1771

Who being upon Oath says that she was present at the Pond in Hare
Street Field when Daniel Clark< no role > This name instance is in set 3672. deceased was very ill treated by Numbers
of Persons then present, that about half an hour before the said Daniel Clark< no role >
died she saw a Short man in his Shirt take hold of the said Daniel Clark< no role > 's
head and duck him in the Water and struck him on the head with a piece
of a Brick and that the called the said Man a Brute and a Savage
