Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said William
Kidwell< no role >
for himself says that on the 22nd. of April last
two Bundles containing Muslin Neckcloths Shifts Aprons
and other things one of them tied up in a white Handker=
=chief with a purple Border the other in a blue and
white Check Handkerchief were stolen out of his
house about 5 or 6 o'Clock in the Evening, and the
said Elizabeth Ward< no role >
for herself says that about the
same time she saw a person now present who calls
himself William Cox< no role > This name instance is in set 3645.
near the said house with two
Bundles which seemed to be of things intended for
the Wash one of them tied up in a white Handkerchief
with a purple Border the other in a blue & white
