aforesiad in the said County of Surrey
were being
Now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said Joseph
Wilshire came to his death say upon their oath that certain person whose name to the Jurors aforesaid is as yet unknown on the
sixteenth day of March in she year aforesaid being driving a certain Cart drawn by two horses along and through a certain public
Street and common highway called upper Thomas Street
in the City of Long is so happened that as the said

was then and there going and passing along and through the said Public Stree and common highway aforesaid he the said
Joseph Willshire accidentally causally and by misfortune fell to and against the Ground then And that the said

then and there on the ground lying it so happened that one of the wheels of the said cart did then and were accidentally casually
and by misfortune go upon and pass over the Body of him the said

By means whereof he the said

did then and there receive divers mortal wounds and bruises in and upon the head face back sides arms and legs of him the said Joseph
Willshire of which said mortal wounds and bruises he the said

did then and there die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon
their oath aforesaid do say that the said

in manner and by the means aforesaid casually and by misfortune was accidentally
killed And that one of the wheels of the said cart was moving to the death of the said

and the property and in the possession of one
