Southwark Information of Witnesses taken the 19th day of
March 1789 at the parish of Saint Olave within the Borough
of Sourthwark in the County of Surrey on view of the Body of
Joseph Willshire< no role > then and there lying dead.

John Hackett< no role > a Lodger at No 10 Joiner Street Southwark who being on Oath
saith that on Monday night last at above ¼ past of in the Evening as
he waspassing Barken Wharf Ccoming from his Work down upper Thomas Street< no role > a lad called
afteryouhim and sayed the man is dead that he turned back and sayed what man
and at that moment he saw the deceased laying on his right side upon
the ground and heard him groan that at the time he first saw the deceased
a Cart had passed over his Body and was gone on.
