Richard Towne< no role > maketh oath that he
heretofore rented a Shop and a Room at the rent of
four Shillings by the Week in the Dwelling house of Mr
Wise a Printer in Rosemary Lane in the Parish of
St Mary White chapel in the said County and resided
thereon for the Space of two Months and has not since
done any Act to gain a subsequent Settlement to his
knowledge or belief.

oath that she can give no Account respecting her
Parents Settlement save that she has been informed
they were Natives of Scotland That she this Deponent
was born in the Parish of St Botolph without Aldgate
in the sd County That she was never bound as apprentice
nor ever lived as a hired Servant for the Space of a year
in any one Place nor was she ever Married nor did she
ever do any act to gain a settlement in her own right
to her knowledge or belief
