Botolph witht Aldgate in the sd County Beadle maketh
oath that he has been informed by an Examination
of Margaret Douglas< no role > late of the Same Parish
Single woman taken in Writing & upon oath
before Rice Davies< no role > Esqr a Justice of the Peace for
the sd County on the eleventh of April 1782 that
she the said Margaret Douglas< no role > on the twentieth
of April 1777 at the then dwelling house of one
Mr Russell a Callenderman in Mugwell Street
in the Parish of St Olave in Silver Street in the City
of London was delivered of a Female Bastard Child
Since baptized by the name of Sarah Hitchcock< no role >
who hath long Since been & still is Chargeable to the
Said Parish of St Botolph witht Aldgate And that
Richard Hitchcock< no role > then of Angel Street Saint
Martin le Grand in the City of London Plaisterer
did get her with Child of the sd Bastard Child
the which Examination this Deponent Verily
believes to be true.
