never lived as a hired servant for a year nor ever rented
a house of Ten Pounds a year or upwards nor ever Served
any Parish office nor ever Paid any Poors Rates
or Kings Taxes nor ever did any Act to gain a Settlemt
in his own right Save What he might Acquire by
Apprenticeship but the Person with whom he Served
Such Apprenticeship this depont doth not know nor
Can Set forth.
