maketh oath That her late husband has informed her & which
information she believes to be true That he was legally Settled in
his life time & at his death in the Parish of
St Ann
in the County of
Middlesex
by Serving part of his Apprenticeship there with one
Captain Rawlins who carried on the Trade of a Ropemaker
there
That her said late husband to her knowledge or belief never
rented a house of the yearly Rent of Ten pounds nor ever served
any Parish office or paid any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes nor ever
did any Act to gain a subsequent Settlement That she this Depont
since this death has not been married or lived as a hired servant for
a year or done any Act to gain a settlement for herself That she
hath a Daughter now living named

who was born in the Work house belonging to the sd Parish of Saint
Ann & who hath done no Act to gain a settlement for herself
