Samuel Weston< no role > a Pipemaker Maketh oath
that Divers Years ago he lived in and Rented a house of the
Yearly Rent of Twelve Pounds in Cock Alley in the Parish of
Saint John Wapping in the County of Middlesex and was Charged
to & Paid Poors Rates and Kings Taxes for the same and lived in
Such house for many years & by means thereof gained a legal
Settlement in the said Parish That he this Depont. hath not
Since rented a house elsewhere of the yearly rent or Value of
Ten Pounds nor Served any Parish office or Paid any Poors
Rates or Kings Taxes nor to his Knowledge or belief hath he
done any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement and that he
hath a Wife named Elizabeth< no role > to Whome he was lawfully Married
in the Church of St. Sepulchre in London
