Thomas [..] Goding< no role > maketh oath That his Father
Thomas Gordon< no role > Deced Divers Years ago Rented a house of the
Yearly Rent or Value of Ten Pounds & upwards in the Parish
of Kingston in the County of Surry & was charged to and
paid Poors Rates for the Same at which time this Depont.
was part of his Fathers Family & by means thereof derived
a Settlement there from his Said Father And this Deponent
Saith That he hath not Since done any act to gain a Settlement
for himself elsewhere And that he hath a wife named Mary< no role >
and two Children to Wit Thomas< no role > Aged about Eleven Years
and Jane< no role > Aged about three Years the Lawful Issue of this
Depont. by his Said Wife.
