at the Abbey house at ye parish of Evesholm
in the County of Worcester and Served him there
as such three years and Received Five
pounds a year wages and has gained no
Subsequent Settlemt. to his knowledge
and that he hath a wife named Sarah< no role >
and three Children Namely Mary< no role > aged
about twelve years Ruth< no role > aged about eight
years & Marsa< no role > aged about two years.
