and one of the Justices of our said Lord the King, assigned to keep
the Peace in the said Town and County of Newcastle upon Tyne
, and
Severally and respectively acknowledged Themselves
to owe to our said Lord the King the respective Sums
forhereafter
mentioned (to wit) the said

fifty pounds the said

the Sum of Twenty five
pounds and the said

the Sum of Twenty five pounds
of lawful Money of Great Britain, to be made and levied
of respectively of
their respective Goods and Chattels, Lands and Tenements,
to the Use of our said Lord the King, his Heirs
and Successors, if the said

do fail, or make Default in the following
Condition.
The Condition of the above-written Recognizance is such, That if the
above-bounden Henry Flack< no role >
do and shall appear at the next General or Quarter Sessions of the peace
to be holden for thesaid Town andCounty of
Newcastle
upon Tyne, and then and there
Middlesex
then and there to answer all
such Offences Misdemeanors matters and Things as shall be
charged against Him on his Majesty's behalf
and in the mean time for his peaceable and good behaviour
towards our said Lord the King and all his Leige Subjects especially

depart the Court without the Liecence or Permission of the Court: Then the above-
written Recognizance to be void, otherwise to be remain in full Force and
Virtue.
