being sworn deposeth that he has known
the deceased abot. 15 Years and that for about six
Weeks last past he has been employed as Postboy
by Mr. Martin at the Black Horse
Hay market
that he Lodged at the Blue Posts
in Arlington Street
the Corner of Bennett Street
and that he and
this Deponent used to sleep together there; that
on Thursday Evening last aboutabout12 o'Clock
when this Deponent went up Stairs to go to Bed he
found the deceased upon the Bed with his Cloaths on
and he told himwhen he appeared to be asleep
whereupon this Deponent called to him twice
and asked him if he was ill and he answered he
was very poorly but would not take any thing
