Smith Sea Stock bought
Mr. Dennett reported that he had bought with ye. Company's money Two hundred pounds
South Sea Stock at One hundred & Eleven pounds fifteen Shillings P Cent which with
five Shillings paid for Brokage and Two pounds Eleven Shillings he now paid to the Renter
Warden makes Two hundred Twenty Six pounds & Six Shillings, and is in full discharge
of his Note.

Mr. Lewis's. draught of his Lease was againe read, and the Master reported that pursuant
to ye. Order of ye. last Court, he together with ye. Wardens & Sewall of ye. Assistants had
viewed ye. prmisses designed to be leased to Mr. Lewis, & agreed to permit him to pull down the
twoold front houses in Lime Street
, & in ye. room thereof to erect Warehouses pursuant to
the draught of his Lease and the pump to be left out of his Lease.
