in the Parish of Saint
Botolph without Aldgate

Part of her
dwelling house there Situated to Wit a Parlour two
Bed Chambers & use of the Kitchen at the yearly Rent
of Sixteen Pounds Part of which Apartments were
furnished by this Deponents father & other part by the
Sd Mrs Baker That Such Apartments so rented by
this Deponents father were in this Deponents Judgment
Worth to be let for at least Ten Guineas by the year
unfurnished & that they have been & now are let
for that Sum unfurnished & were never let for less
Money as the Sd Mrs Baker has informed this Depont
& which She believes to be true That the furniture
which the Sd Mrs Baker provided for her Sd father
was only a Bed Stead Bed & Curtains but without any
other furniture thereto; Six Old Chairs a Stove
looking Glass & Small Old table the use of which
in this Deponents Judgment were of Very little Value
That this Deponents Sd father has not Since done
any Act to gain a settlement elsewhere to her knowledge
or belief
