. On the 13th of March, about eleven o'clock in the morning, I lost the cloth.

. I am Mr. Taylor's porter. On the 13th of March, I saw the prisoner come into the warehouse, lift the cloth on his shoulder, and walk out with it. I followed him about thirty yards, and secured him with it.
