It appear'd by the Evidence, that the Prisoner went to the Prosecutor's, under pretence of Buying a Parcel of Ferrets, and took the Opportunity to steal 10 Pieces, which were found in his Pockets; he being immediately pursu'd, and apprehended, and the Fact being plainly prov'd, the Jury found him
Guilty
of the Indictment.
